DaShoan and Sofia Olds didn’t have any kids of their own, but they were looking into adoption. Then, they saw a news story that changed both of their lives — and the lives of seven children — forever.
They’d seen a sad segment about seven biological siblings who were forced to live in separate foster homes. The brothers and sisters were unable to live together because of their current circumstances.
Once the couple saw their story, they knew they had to do something to help. So, DaShoan and Sofia went through with their adoption and took in all seven biological siblings as their own.
