Near the Brazilian city of La Plata because of heavy rains, the river rose almost two meters and turned the jungle into an amazing underwater world, similar to the fantastic Atlantis. Crystal clear waters of the river hidden under a pedestrian bridge on which tourists could pass and enjoy an improbable show.
The river Rio da Prata has a length of 219 kilometers and goes along the border with Argentina. Flows into the Atlantic Ocean near Uruguay. The river is almost not intended for navigation because of the specifics of the channel and because of the shallow water.
Argentina is constantly working to deepen the river, to somehow use it for navigation. Even did not expect this. I’ve never seen such crystal clear water before. Swim with the fish there – a pleasure.
