The bouncing ball of cuteness you’ll see in the video below is Winter. Winter was found on a cold winter day, abandoned by his mom and was given a warm welcome to Shannen Hussain’s home.
Winter was so grateful and happy for having a new mom that wherever he went, he went there bouncing.
