Budweiser Clydesdales are some of the most famous horses in the world. These stunning gentle giants rose to popularity thanks to the commercials they get featured in. I am sure you have seen some of these advertisements before. Though Clydesdales are now renowned for their beer roots in St. Louis, these gorgeous creatures come straight out of the beautiful pastures of Scotland. Not many people know this, but it’s true.
However, now, they are bred at the Warm Springs Ranch in Boonville, Missouri too. John Soto is the supervisor of the ranch and the man is responsible for 70 of these beautiful horses. In this particular video, Soto shows some perfect exemplary horses that match and meet the standards required by Budweiser.
The horses that are selected to feature for Budweiser get the chance to pull the three Budweiser Clydesdale hitches that travel around the country.
Soto has a lot of responsibilities. One of them is to be a breeding and birthing coach for the Clydesdales.
