Alzheimer’s causes problems with memory, thinking, and behavior. Sadly, it is known to worsen with time. This condition not only affects those suffering from it, but it also shakes the lives of their loved ones. The cure for Alzheimer’s has yet to be found, but treatments are available and research projects are still going on.
The elderly man featured in the clip below is called Norm and he suffers from Alzheimer’s. In 2014, he was diagnosed with this heartbreaking condition at the age of 89. His daughter, Elaine Rusk, became his full-time caretaker after that.
She is featured in the video alongside him. In the clip, she asks him he if he knows he has the disease. You are going to melt when you hear his response!
