Unfortunately thousands of animals are brought into shelters every year. Even though most of them are cats and dogs, they’re also the ones that get adopted the most. Far View shelter in Colorado specializes in animals that not anyone can adopt – horses.
The thing that makes the Far View work is a small army of volunteers. They help these animals out of passion and with no pay so that every dollar of their budget can be spent on horses, but unfortunately sometimes that’s not enough. As the winter was getting closer and with the food budget depleted, they needed a miracle.
