This cruel man charged with proceeding of animal abuse has been convicted to pay a fine of $500,000 on bail and has to spend 55 years in jail. Eleven counts of animal abuse was proven against him, and he received five years behind bars for each count.
As ordered by the court, he surrendered his passport and other legal documents he would need for foreign travel. The court also attached a $5 million surety bond condition to his bail.
The man was accused of torturing a puppy named Doe, before named Kiya. Unfortunately, the puppy was euthanized because it was in critical condition with too many injuries.
The man, named Radoslaw Artur, is a Polish immigrant and is charged with contempt of misleading police investigation as well. Thankfully, he received the sentencing he truly deserved for his cruel and heartless act! Watch a video about this below.
