One half of the cute twin duo “Property Brothers” finally settled down and married sweetheart Linda Phan in May 2018. Drew Scott and Linda met in 2010 at a fashion week event in Toronto, wedding in Italy in a romantic ceremony. When he finally decided to propose to her, he sweetly sang Train’s “Marry Me.” Not everyone knows that the home builder and home improvement guru who co-hosts the HGTV series “Property Brothers” with his twin brother Jonathan can really sing.
Drew and Jonathan have a musical side project called The Scott Brothers and they made their debut as a country music duo back in 2015 during a televised special called Property Brothers at Home on the Ranch. Drew has recollected before how growing up on a ranch they would sit around a campfire, strumming a guitar and singing songs. Linda was quite surprised to say the least when Drew serenaded her as his wedding gift. He arranged for someone to carry a vintage record player into her dressing room before the ceremony.
His love song had been recorded on a vinyl 45 just for her. Fans were clamoring to hear his pledge of love afterward, so Drew released a video of his wedding song “You Chose Me” that features Scott singing and snippets of Linda hearing the song for the first time on their TLC special “Linda and Drew Say I Do.” The expressions on Linda’s face are beautiful and full of emotion in the video below.
