On 4th of July weekend, an Army veteran spotted an eagle who was caught in a piece of rope that was wrapped around a branch. After he found out that the exhausted bird had been hanging from the tree for two days and nobody wasn’t able to help it, he realized that he was the only chance it had. So this courageous man took his gun and figured that the only way an eagle could be released is by shooting the branch it was hanging from. So with a steady hand and a brave heart he took a matter into his hands.
Retiring from the military doesn’t mean you stop being a true soldier. Heroes don’t work on the clock and they never ever retire.
