United Airlines mistakenly sent the dog instead of Kansas in Japan. According to CNN, this turned out to be a real “nightmare” for the Swindl family, who move from Oregon to Wichita with their pet, a 10-year-old German shepherd named Irgo. Kara Swindle came to pick up the dog in Kansas city, but Irgo was nowhere.
Instead, the woman offered to take the dog, which was supposed to fly to Japan. The dogs met in Denver, where the connecting flight was, and they were confused. “They had no idea where my dog was. I immediately burst into tears.
