He is called CZR (Caesar). He has answers to all the questions his owner asks of him. Mom asks questions like “do you want to go outside?” or “do you want a cookie?”, and he gives a nod or a shake of his head in response.
His owner says that CZR has been trained for basic communication skills by learning motions from her that communicate a “yes” or a “no”.
