Water rescues can be incredibly dangerous affairs. When two dogs were trapped in a canoe, traveling down a river with a strong current, nobody knew what to do.
Do you try and swim out to them, risking drowning against the current. Or do you go for help and hope the boat doesn’t travel too far before you get back.
In this instance, neither of those decisions were made as one brave dog dived straight into the water to rescue his friends.
