You either love flying, or you hate it. There is no in between. And while the take off and landing is something that many usually enjoy, the whole—sitting on the your behind for a series of hours—thing, does tend to get old kind of fast. Which is why we’re thanking our lucky stars that most flights have entertainment in order for us to wish those boring hours away.
But on one specific flight, passengers got a fair amount more of entertainment than they had bargained for—and it looks as though it was an absolute hoot!
A flight hostess of Southwest Airlines positively made their passenger’s day when she gave a super hilarious safety announcement. Instead of the standard speech, she added a slew of comedy to the speech, and fun was seriously had by all.
In the video, the air hostess cracks joke after joke—ranging from her personal life, how to have an enjoyable flight, what to do in case of emergency, and what to do if you have children on-board.
At one point she refers to the yellow flotation device as “your very own teeny-weeny yellow Southwest bikini.”
The crowd, of course, persisted to burst into barrels of laughter every few seconds, and then gave her a hearty round of applause at the end. But this isn’t the first time Southwest Airlines has gone above and beyond to make a flight tons of fun. They’ve also been said to sing country songs and belt out a few raps! Needless to say, we all wish we were on that flight going to Salt Lake City.
