Summer is wonderful for a ton of reasons. Whether you like the warm weather, the beach or the barbeques, it seems like there’s always something fun to do when summer rolls around.
Unfortunately, the same months we’re frolicking in the sun are the months that cause farmers to bite their nails. Such was the case for five farmer brothers from Canada. Weeks passed without rain and they were desperate for just a few inches – their crops were struggling to stay alive without it.
So, in a last-ditch attempt to call forth rain from the universe, the Farmer Brothers decided to do something drastic…
Luke, J.J., Ty, Brock and Dusty Hunter are five Canadian brothers who spend their days tending to their massive farmland and cheering on their favorite hockey team. However, the weather hasn’t been cooperating recently and a long-standing drought has plagued their land.
Without a cloud in the sky for weeks, the brothers knew they had to call forth the Rain Gods with something that would catch their attention. So, after hours of practicing, the Hunter Brothers sang a version of “Friends in Low Places” by Garth Brooks with a special farming twist.
No one expected it to be so darn catchy!
