In 2001, a 14-year-old pupil of the Kiev school of choreography Milena Sidorova became a laureate and a prize-winner (the third prize in the younger age group) of the IX international competition of ballet and choreographers dedicated to the memory of Galina Ulanova.
Milena was the youngest participant of the competition, which was attended by ballet dancers and choreographers from 12 countries. No less admirable a room called “the Spider” to the music of Grieg, which Milena has prepared independently.
Her “spider” was living my life, where I climbed, scared, hunted.
