This rarely seen performance of ‘Unchained Melody’ with the Righteous Brothers had me ready for memory lane

The Righteous Brothers have had a long lasting career that resulted in many different successes. They were made up of Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield. The duo would go on to take over the world and had many different places that they drew inspiration from that seemed to help them move forward to where they wanted to go.

Many may not remember their careers very clearly but there were times where it seemed impossible for them to get ahead. They really had a tough climb to the top, dealing with the social and political hot topics of the day. First seen in  1962, originally under the name The Paramours. They were a five member band at the time and they had some mixed reviews. Shortly after, they decided to change their name and pare down their membership to just two, adopting the name we all recognize them by now, The Righteous Brothers.
