She may be small, but she’s packing the voice of a seasoned country singer! The gifted 12-year-old and her parents knew that she had something special with her voice. The only thing left to do was share it with the world! So when they got word of America’s Got Talent auditions near their hometown, they signed Kadie Lynn up right away. Rather than stick with an overdone modern country song, or an oldie nobody remembers, Kadie Lynn decided to do something entirely different…
It was apparent from the time Kadie Lynn was a toddler that she was meant to be a star. She began singing at the young age of three — she knew all of the words to the songs on the radio and loved to sing to her toys. Kadie Lynn’s parents spent Sundays alongside the rest of their congregation watching her belted her heart out in the church choir. So when she grew into a preteen with a stunning voice, no one was surprised! The only shocking thing was that she chose to sing, “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” for her America’s Got Talent audition.
Kadie Lynn’s captivating version of “Twinkle, Twinkle,” left the audience, judges and millions watching at home and online with goosebumps from head to toe. Her voice was so smooth for such a young lady! It’s no surprise the judges unanimously agreed to send Kadie Lynn on through to the next round! Take a peek at her performance in the video below.
